• At least 2 years of experience in Front-end development
• Developed applications with React Native, has command of frameworks such as NativeBase, Redux, MobX and React Navigation.
• Used 3rd party libraries, frameworks and APIs developed for mobile devices
• Preferably have developed iOS and Android applications and have knowledge of AppStore / PlayStore processes
• Knowledge of web technologies/concepts such as REST API, Web Service
• Using Git or similar version control systems
• Researcher and entrepreneur in using current frameworks, 3rd party libraries and mobile technology trends

Responsibilities

• Gathering information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs, and pricing plans) 
• Contacting clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan 
• Providing after-sales support to retain customers 
• Ensuring prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries 
• Building strong client relationships, through regular communication 
• Reporting the status of accounts 
• Suggesting company products/services that maximize client satisfaction 
• Communicating product and pricing details clearly 
• Promoting new products/services to existing customers 

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role ( 1- 2 years) 
• Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver an excellent customer experience 
• Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships both in English and Turkish 
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills 
• Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
